HITS-on-the-Hudson is in the heart of the famed Hudson Valley, just two hours north of New York City. With the majestic Catskill Mountains as its backdrop, the showgrounds provide an ideal venue for both equestrian events and trade shows of all sizes. Located on over 200 acres, the showgrounds consist of 14 permanent barns with over 1,100 stalls. There are 10 outdoor competition rings, including two feature rings with stonewalls surrounding and grass berms. The show rings are accompanied by additional schooling arenas and ample lunging areas. With permanent barns and temporary stabling options, this facility is designed to accommodate large events and house up to 2,000 horses.

There is a permanent covered VIP pavilion situated between the two main show rings, which can accommodate up to 500 patrons. Spectators can grab lunch from the HITS Restaurant Pavilion or HITS Bar & Grill. Vendor Row features permanent vendors and dozens of shops offering quality equestrian gear, apparel, jewelry, and more.

On-site RV spaces offering full hook-ups are available for rent, as well as on-site Tiny Homes, and there is ample parking throughout the grounds.

The quaint village of Saugerties offers small town charm with modern-day amenities and activities. For fantastic eateries and window shopping, the historic downtown is the place to be. Visitors of the area may also choose to partake in the many recreational opportunities like the Saugerties Lighthouse, Esopus Bend Nature Preserve, and Catskill Animal Sanctuary.
