Located just 25 minutes north of San Diego and three miles east of the Pacific Ocean, Del Mar Horsepark is one of the West Coast’s most popular showgrounds. The 65-acre equestrian facility is nestled in a serene tree-lined setting, just minutes from Del Mar Racetrack and the beach in the San Dieguito River Valley. Horsepark currently features 400 permanent stalls with room for additional temporary stabling.

The facility features a meticulously groomed 275’ x 375’ grass Grand Prix arena, complete with 1,400 permanent spectator seats.  The picturesque arena offers generous VIP areas, sponsor tents, and vendor spaces, making it an ideal setting for competitors and exhibitors.

The expansive showgrounds include a second grass field and four show rings with state-of-the-art footing. This versatile facility can accommodate horse shows of all breeds and disciplines, as well as dog shows and more. The covered lighted arena has hosted some of the West Coast’s most prestigious hunter and jumper classes and finals. HITS plans to reinvent the building, creating an event hall that can be used to highlight and host hunter/jumper competitions, as well as different breed events and finals. Showpark will feature professional, on-site catering, RV hook-ups, and ample exhibitor parking. With easy freeway access to Del Mar, La Jolla, and San Diego, there are many sightseeing, dining, and shopping opportunities nearby.
