New Year, New HITS: Leaping into the Future

 Saugerties, N.Y. – December 1, 2022 – As HITS enters the 2023 show season, we are thrilled to unveil a refresh of the company’s name and logo, showcasing its 40-year history, while also transitioning to a more contemporary style. The iconic image of the horse and rider from the original logo was the focal part of the preservation strategy created by David Miskin Associates of New York City. The goal of the new logo is to build from the already extraordinary history of the HITS brand and bring it into the future.

The new outer oval encapsulates our continuing legacy with a traditional symbol portraying elegance and strength. The forward movement of the horse reflects the company’s continued bold embracement of the future. The center of the logo represents the center of HITS: the horses and riders that love our sport. The upward motion represents the thrill of achievement that each athlete feels during competition as well as the horse’s dynamic athleticism. The blue color palette was chosen to represent HITS’ dedication to loyalty and integrity.
