OCALA, FL (November 29, 2011) — HITS, Inc. is pleased to announce that Ocala Style Magazine will once again be the Official City Publication of the 2012 HITS Ocala Winter Circuit and presenting sponsor of the prestigious Ocala Style of Riding Award.

The annual Ocala Style of Riding Award, presented by Ocala Style Magazine, recognizes the efforts of one equestrian each season that, throughout the course of the circuit, displays the best American style of riding and possesses the respectful, dignified, courteous and workmanlike manner of a true sportsman.

In its four-year history, this award has been presented to some of the top riders in the sport, including High-Performance Rider David Tromp of North Salem, New York, in 2011. Other recipients of this award include Chase Boggio of Canton, Georgia and Tracy Fenney of Flower Mound, Texas.

“I was so excited to win the 2011 Ocala Style of Riding Award,” said Tromp. “I pride myself on being a good sportsman and knowing that is the main criteria in winning this award made it extra special for me.”

“Ocala Style Magazine is proud to be the Official City Publication and sponsor of HITS Ocala. The equine industry is integral to our city’s history, culture and appeal, and we are always eager to share the excitement of the HITS competition with our readers.
