SAUGERTIES, NY (December 13, 2011) —HITS is pleased to announce that FarmVet will return as a sponsor of the HITS Ocala, HITS Thermal and HITS-on-the-Hudson Horse Shows for the 2012 show jumping season, which kicks off in Ocala, Florida with the Ocala January Classic Wednesday, January 18.
FarmVet is the premier source for animal health products and supplies and has signed on to be the Official Mobile Supplier of Equine Health Care Products at HITS Horse Shows. In addition, FarmVet will again be the title sponsor of the FarmVet Level 5 Jumpers. This popular jumper division features 3’11” fences, perfect for riders looking to move their horses up through the ranks. In addition, the FarmVet trailer will be on-site to meet the needs of both horse and rider at HITS Ocala, HITS Thermal and HITS-on-the-Hudson Horse Shows throughout the season.
Last winter, the FarmVet Level 5 Jumper Division featured some of the top jumper riders in the country, including Derek Peterson who was the SmartPak Circuit Champion at HITS Ocala.

The 2012 winter show jumping season for HITS Horse Shows begins in the Sunshine State when the HITS Ocala Winter Circuit rolls into town for two unrated weeks, starting with the Ocala January Classic, January 18-22, and then the Ocala January Festival, January 25-29, followed by seven consecutive weeks of AA-rated competition that will run from January 31 through March 18.
Out west, the 2012 HITS Desert Circuit will get underway on Tuesday, January 24 and will run for three consecutive weeks until Sunday, February 12. After a short break, February 13 - 19, show jumping returns on Tuesday, February 21 and will continue until Sunday, March 11.
