SAUGERTIES, NY (June17, 2009)HITS Saugerties is pleased to announce Blue Mountain Limousine as its official limousine service for its 2009 summer series of horse shows at HITS-on-the-Hudson, in Saugerties, New York that are set to begin on Wednesday, July 15.

HITS Saugerties Summer Series of Horse Shows

Action will resume at HITS Saugerties with HITS-on-the-Hudson IV on Wednesday, July 15 followed by three consecutive weeks of shows, including the return of the USEF Junior Hunter National Championships – East Coast on July 27-29, between Weeks V and VI.

Also on the schedule for the summer shows are the $10,000 USHJA Hunter Derby, $5,000 Pony Commotion and a host of classes for High-Performance Riders, including the $125,000 Strongid C 2X Grand Prix, on Sunday August 2 during HITS-on-the-Hudson VI. Courses in the Grand Prix Ring that week will be built by International Course Designer Bernardo Cabral from Portugal, a newcomer to HITS-on-the-Hudson. Other Course Designers coming to the Hudson Valley this summer are Danny Foster and Olaf Petersen, Sr.

Thanks to a very successful spring series, HITS is preparing for a big summer. Exhibitors are encouraged to take advantage of the special deals offered on stabling and nominations. Stabling packages for the summer start as low as $180 for weekly tent stalls and range to just $600 for permanent gold stalls for all three weeks of the circuit, while nomination fees remain at $100 for the entire Open Jumper Division.
