Pacific Coast Horse Shows Association to Sanction 2016 HITS Arizona Circuit

Tucson, AZ (December 11, 2015): HITS, Inc. is pleased to announce the return of the Pacific Coast Horse Shows Association (PCHA) to the HITS Arizona Winter Circuit, February 3–March 13, for the 2016 competition year. With this exciting new addition, exhibitors and horses will have more opportunities to rack up PCHA competition points in Arizona to count towards circuit and year-end awards.

The PCHA was founded in 1946 with the purpose of advancing the sport of show jumping, and has more than 4,600 members to date. PCHA operates in conjunction with all shows within the HITS Desert Circuit and the National Sunshine Series; both events are held at HITS Desert Horse Park in Thermal, California, respectively. More information on the PCHA, and the classes they offer, is available at www.pchorseshows.org.

“The continued partnership between HITS and PCHA cements HITS’ commitment to exhibitors of all levels,” said HITS President and CEO Tom Struzzieri. “Additionally, the relationship gives recognition to a deserving group of riders by providing an outlet to earn distinguished competition benefits.”

This collaboration rewards exhibitors registered with the organization an opportunity to earn points to qualify for awards and recognition at the Annual PCHA Awards Banquet. During the Arizona Winter Circuit, HITS will feature PCHA Horsemanship and PCHA Adult Horsemanship classes.

“We are very excited to be offering PCHA points this winter in Arizona. It's another great reason to show with us in Tucson and discover the West's best kept secret,” said Joe Dotoli, the HITS Arizona Winter Circuit Show Manager.
