Kingston, NY – August 29, 2023 – HITS LLC the largest producer of hunter/jumper and dressage horse shows in North America is pleased to announce new additions to the company’s senior management team. Effective immediately, Steve Gintowt, will join the company as Chief Financial Officer, and Brett Waters will become Director of Administration for Horse Show Offices.

Gintowt has extensive finance and operational experience. He has held executive positions at international public companies such as General Electric, Ericsson, and Gemplus; along with several technology startups, and two PE-backed firms. He earned an MBA from Duke University and a BA in Economics from Lafayette College.

Waters grew up in the horse industry and has an accomplished history managing horse show offices and running hunter/jumper horse shows across the country. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. She worked with the team at HITS from 2002 to 2018, was part of the inaugural management team for World Equestrian Center Ocala, and has worked for prestigious events such as the Devon Horse Show, Washington International Horse Show, Hampton Classic and Longines Masters of New York.

“Over the last 22 years, I have been very fortunate to have worked with and learned from, the best management teams in the United States,” noted Waters. “My first job after graduating from college was with HITS in Indio. I have come full circle by accepting this position. It’s truly an honor to be given the chance to contribute my skills and expertise towards the success of HITS. I am excited to embark on this new journey and make a positive impact on the team and the organization as a whole.”
